I consent for my child to attend Bee Happy Club. I understand that the club has policies and procedures (which are available for reference at the club), and that there are expectations and obligations relating both to the club and to myself and my child, and I agree to abide by them.
I understand that Bee Happy Club is a play setting and that whilst my child is there Bee Happy Club is legally responsible for him/her.
My child will be provided with a snack and drink whilst at the club unless otherwise requested.
Once my child arrives at Bee Happy Club he/she will be in the care of Bee Happy Club until collected and signed out by an authorised person.
In the event of a child's absence, parents are required to notify Bee Happy Club at least 24 hours in advance. This ensures efficient planning and allows for smooth coordination of activities.Refunds will not be provided for days when a child is absent unless a 24-hour notification is given in advance. I understand that I will be charged for the booked session.
If my child has a contagious illness I will observe the exclusion period for infection control issued by Public Health England. If I am unsure, I will consult a member of staff.
I will book my child into the club on a weekly / monthly / termly basis and will pay promptly for all booked sessions whether my child attends or not (eg due to illness or holidays), unless I have made other arrangements with the manager. The Club's fee structure is set out in its Admissions and Fees Policy.
It is my responsibility to keep the club manager informed of any alterations to the information regarding my child (eg contact details, medical conditions, dietary requirements, etc).
I accept that my child may take part in messy activities while at Bee Happy Club. I understand that I can provide my child with appropriate clothing to accommodate this if I wish.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, I am going to be late, I will contact the manager/deputy as soon as possible.
If I do not collect my child by end of the session I will pay a charge of £1.00 per quarter of an hour to cover the costs of the staff who are legally required to supervise my child.
If I do not collect my child within 30 min of the end of the session, and the club has been unable to reach me or any of my emergency contacts, I understand that Bee Happy Club will follow its Uncollected Children Policy and contact Social Care.
Whilst Bee Happy Club tries to ensure the safety and security of items, I understand that it cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to my child's property whilst at the Club.

Allergy Awareness
It is crucial to inform Bee Happy Club about any allergies your child may have.
Parents are responsible for clearly communicating any severe allergies, with a focus on the most critical ones.
Our instructors will take necessary precautions, but parents should be aware that the kitchen environment involves various ingredients.
Label Checking Responsibility
Parents must check the information label of ingredients used in recipes for potential allergens
While our team will make efforts to accommodate allergies, ultimate responsibility for ensuring the safety of your child's food rests with the parents.
Open Communication
Maintain open communication with our staff regarding any changes in your child's allergies or health conditions
Emergency Procedure
Provide emergency contact information and detailed instructions on handling allergic reactions, if applicable
Behaviour Management Policy:
We expect children to treat others with respect and kindness at Bee Happy Club . This includes fellow participants, staff members, and any other individuals involved in activities.
Children are encouraged to actively engage in all activities, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
In the event of behaviour that is deemed unacceptable or disruptive, our staff will conduct a behaviour evaluation to understand the underlying causes.
Parents will be promptly notified if their child's behaviour is found to be inconsistent with our established guidelines.
If a child's behaviour poses a risk to the safety and well-being of others, the child may be excluded from participating in certain sessions. This decision will be made at the discretion of Bee Happy Club staff.
In cases where a child is excluded from a session due to behaviour concerns, the full fees for that session will be applied. This policy is in place to maintain consistency and uphold the standards of our programs.
I have read the club's Behaviour Management Policy and agree to its terms and appreciate that in some circumstances it may be necessary to exclude my child from the club, and I will pay for any missed sessions unless otherwise agreed with the manager.
If there are any accidents or incidents at Bee Happy Club involving my child, I will be informed.
If my child has an accident at the club, he/she will be treated by a qualified first aider and I will be informed as soon as possible. If my child needs urgent medical treatment and I am unavailable, a member of staff from Bee Happy Club will sign any consent forms necessary for treatment on my behalf, as
stated on the club's Medical Form.
Information held by Bee Happy Club regarding my child will be treated as confidential. However, in certain circumstances, for example if there are child protection concerns, I understand that the club has a legal duty to pass certain information on to other agencies, including Police, Social Care and health
care professionals.
I understand that aggressive and abusive behaviour towards staff will not be tolerated.
I agree that I will not use a camera, mobile phone or other mobile device on club premises.
